Paola Henke, CPC, ELI-MP, is an employee engagement coach who helps business owners take back control of their lives and business. Prior to her ten-year career as a business woman in a Fortune 100 company, Paola started her own business in 2000 and grew her workforce to over 50 employees.   In 2014, her Smart Performance Coaching business was launched to help business owners deal with the often overwhelming day-to-day responsibilities at work and home.   With her many years as a business owner and corporate employee, Paola partners with you and your employees to provide a wide range of programs and services to help lessen the stress and create an engaged workforce.

Paola lives in Broward, and is happily married for over ten years. She has two amazing children ages 3 and 8 who keep her highly motivated, engaged and extremely happy and in love every day of her life. She is a volunteer at her daughter’s school and home schools her little boy. Her personal and professional style is all about responsibility, commitment, having fun and seeking the positive side of things.
